CONVENIENT AND RELIABLE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We know just how important a reliable public transport system can be, particularly here in Sheppey.
That is why we will be introducing a new transport hub. The hub will provide active travel options including:
• A bus stop, connecting Eastchurch and wider Sheppey settlements
• EV charging stations
• Cycle parking and repair points
• Drop-off/pick-up areas to reduce congestion around homes and the hub
A dedicated bus service
IMPROVING CONNECTIONS
We are currently in advanced discussions with Travel Masters about the provision of a dedicated bus service route, which will serve the new residents at Kent Parks and connect them to other parts of the island. Whilst no decisions have been made at this stage, we are confident that this can be progressed.
