The proposed Kent Parks site is located off Warden Road in Eastchurch on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. Sat approximately 0.65 km north of Eastchurch village, 4.7 km south-east of Minster, and 7.6 km south-east of Sheerness, the site includes 1,197 static caravans, bases and chalets, all connected by a network of internal access roads, spread across eight existing holiday parks:

  • Brookside Leisure Park
  • Eastchurch Holiday Centre (incorporating Sunnymead One, Sunnymead Two, Pleasant View, Cliff Cottages and Eastchurch Chalet Park)
  • Elmhurst 
  • Shurland Dale Holiday Park
