A CENTRAL SPACE FOR ALL
At the heart of the masterplan is the community hub. Small buildings will be dispersed within hard and soft landscape to enable seasonal events and outdoor activities – whether its Christmas tree lights or summer BBQs.
Shaping a community-focused hub
FACILITIES AND SERVICES DESIGNED WITH LOCAL INPUT
Future uses and services will be designed in consultation with the existing community to enhance the local centre in Eastchurch.
Facilities could include:
- Small retail units/convenience store
- Site management offices
- Social and events spaces
- A delivery hub for packages and parcels for convenient home shopping
- External community spaces and play areas
