Retirement living

Retirement living accommodation

A fully integrated retirement community

THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED FOR INDEPENDENCE AND WELLBEING

To support the ever increasing need to provide appropriate accommodation for those in later life, the proposal includes 168 retirement apartments, providing a retirement experience that balances comfort, community and choice.

  • A new community of residents at the heart of Kent Parks – the location connects seamlessly with the new transport hub and community buildings, supporting both accessibility and a sense of community
  • Eight new buildings ranging from single storey to three storeys, which are carefully arranged to take advantage of estuary views
  • A central pavilion which will provide communal facilities where residents can meet, socialise, eat, drink and swim in the pool
  • Generous landscaping weaving between the buildings, offering shared gardens and links to a wider path network
